Partner with Solar Panda

Partner placements are offered in tiers as described in the Pricing section. Starter includes homepage banner slots on the Solar Panda website. Featured adds agreed logo placement in calculator or results surfaces and a mention in Solar Panda blog content, subject to editorial schedule, fit, and prior approval. Exclusive includes Starter and Featured placements plus prominent homepage hero partner recognition, subject to layout and availability.

Placement position and creative treatment may vary and are not guaranteed unless specified in a written insertion order. Partner slots are non-exclusive by default unless otherwise agreed; Solar Panda may display multiple partners or placements from competing brands or services.

Solar Panda is not obligated to promote placements on its social media platforms, including its Facebook page, unless agreed separately.

Solar Panda reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Changes apply to future billing periods only. Deliverables depend on the tier purchased and remain subject to prior review, technical feasibility, and editorial discretion where applicable.

All partner creative and placements are subject to prior review and approval. Only approved placements proceed to payment.

Full payment is required before any placement is published. Solar Panda will activate agreed placements within five (5) working days after payment confirmation, subject to asset delivery and technical constraints.

Each paid period runs for 30 days from activation unless otherwise agreed. Placements are automatically removed after expiration unless extended. Renewal is the partner's responsibility.

Partner content must comply with Philippine laws and regulations. Illegal, misleading, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

Solar Panda reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend any placement at its discretion.

Partners are responsible for supplying approved creative and for ensuring formatting and responsiveness where applicable. Additional formats for calculator, blog, or hero placements will be specified during onboarding.

Partners are solely responsible for the content and claims of their placements. Solar Panda does not endorse or guarantee any partner product or service.

Solar Panda does not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, or conversions. All fees are non-refundable regardless of performance or early removal.

Solar Panda reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
